Hi so this time i want to tell you about my presentation group 3 the material and what i am study in this chapter so let’s start~

Recalling materi:
 Simple past tense
 
  •  Positive
S + verb 2 + O
S + was/ were + adverb
example : we attended the festival last week/ she was absent yesterday
 
  • Negative
S + did not + infinitive verb + O
S + was/were + adverb
example: we didn't attend the festival last week / wasn't she absent yesterday
 
  • Introgative
Did + S + Infinitive verb + O
Was/were + adverb
Example: Did they attend the festival last week? / Was she absent yesterday?
 
2. Exercise 
 
1. Give example of past tense
    - we went to Bali two weeks ago
    - you were absent yesterday
 
2. For what pas tense is used?
   - to tell experience that happened in the past
 
3. what verb is used on past tense? Explain!

A natural disaster is a terrible accident, e.g. a great flood, a big fire or an earthquake. It usually causes great suffering and loss of a large sum of money. The casualties are injured or died. Some people are homeless and need medical care. Floods occur when the water of rivers, lakes, or streams overflow their banks and pour onto the surrounding land.
